SECURITY
All information that is collected by Little Monkey Toes is only used for internal purposes and will not be sold or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our business.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We use industry standard software including secure socket layer (SSL) for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address.
PAYMENT & SALES TAX:
We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
We are required by law to charge sales tax to any orders shipped within the State of Alabama. Sales tax amount varies by county.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 90 days from the original purchase date for store credit or exchange. Only full price items that are returned within 10 days of receipt of the items are eligible for a refund. Products returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund must be unworn and returned in the original box/bag to qualify for a store credit/refund/exchange. Returned clothing items must be returned with original tags attached. Items returned must be placed in a shipping box or bag to ship back, please do not simply place a return label on the shoe box. Doing so will disqualify the return for refund, if eligible. All clearance items (products listed in the 19.99, 9.99 sales pages) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for store credit or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Pre-orders are only returnable for store credit or exchange.
Products that are purchased using a discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return all or part of your order bringing the total amount below the required amount for free shipping, we will deduct from the shipping amount from your store credit or refund.
Store credits are issued for products purchased only; paid shipping is not included. Store credits never expire.
If you are making an exchange, please call before shipping back your return so that we may pull out of stock the desired item. Please do not place an order through the website for an exchange item. Any orders placed through the website as an exchange, will disqualify the returned item(s) for a refund; a store credit will be issued in such situations.
Please send returns to the address listed above, ATTN: RETURNS, ORDER #____. Any packages that are not addressed properly may experience a delay in being processed. Please note that we do not offer free return shipping. If you are making an exchange, please include $5 to cover shipping/handling charges of the exchange. If $5 is not included, we reserve the right to hold your exchange or charge your credit card or Paypal account. Any return received after 90 days of the original purchase date will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed and cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing the order.
Store credits must be applied at the time the order is placed. Credits cannot be given on an order that is already in process. If you have any questions regarding how to apply your credit, please contact us before placing your order.
SHIPPING
All orders placed in the U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of processing. We offer Express shipping via the USPS, 1-2 days guaranteed delivery depending on location. If you need your order by a specific time, please call before placing an order to make sure it will arrive by the expected time. Any Express orders placed after 3:00 CST will ship the next business day.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Shipping; 6-10 business days. Orders of shoes are shipped without boxes in order to save us, and you, shipping costs. If you prefer to receive the boxes, please let us know and we'd be happy to send them. However, any additional shipping cost due to shipping the boxes will be at the customer's expense.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other charges that you may incur for importing goods into your country. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
